☆ How do the Custom Bundles work?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our Custom Style Form. This is where you’ll share your sizes, Pinterest board and extra notes about your personal style. From there, I’ll analyse your inspiration and spend the next 3-4 weeks sourcing and curating your dream bundle!
☆ What's included in a Custom Bundle?
We offer 3 size options for custom bundles:
- Small: 4+ pieces, 1+ accessories
- Medium: 6+ pieces, 2+ accessories
- Deluxe: 8+ pieces, 3+ accessories
Every bundle includes a personalised styling deck with mood boards, outfit ideas and styling inspiration using the pieces in your bundle.
Each one is handpicked just for you and totally unique, no two are ever the same!
The price of the bundle includes the time + cost spent planning, sourcing, washing, packing and shipping.
☆ When will I get my order? How long does it take?
From the moment I receive your inspo and details, I’ll spend 3-4 weeks sourcing and curating your perfect bundle.
Every bundle is unique, so it takes time to source and style to your personal taste. I will keep you updated at key points as the process moves along.
You’ll receive a shipping notification as soon as your package is on its way!

☆ How do the Mystery Bundles work?
Mystery Bundles are available in pre-selected styles.
Simply choose your desired style, clothing size & checkout. Leave the rest up to me!
Includes:
• 5+ clothing pieces
• 2+ accessories
I'm always researching and analysing trends, so keep an eye on the Mystery Bundle categories as they're changing all the time.
If there's an aesthetic you're dying to find, let me know and I'd be thrilled to source it for you!
NOTE: There is no restriction to the clothing sizes offered. Please reach out if you don't see your size listed.

☆ Do you accept returns/ exchanges?
Due to the one-of-a-kind and secondhand nature of the items, we don’t offer returns or exchanges on bundles.
Every bundle is my spin and analysis on your inspiration, and every piece is lovingly chosen just for you. I hope you’ll see the magic in my creation!
Secondhand pieces comes with the expectation of existing wear and tear. However, if an item is found to have a major fault, beyond the expected wear and tear of pre-loved and vintage garments, please reach out directly (velvetloopvintage@gmail.com) and we will provide assistance.

☆ Where do you source your pieces?
All items are pre-loved and thrifted from op shops, vintage stores and secondhand networks in Brisbane and all around the world.
It’s my dream to give these pieces a second loop at life and make sustainable fashion more accessible and fun!
