Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our Custom Style Form. This is where you’ll share your sizes, Pinterest board and extra notes about your personal style. From there, I’ll analyse your inspiration and spend the next 3-4 weeks sourcing and curating your dream bundle!

We offer 3 size options for custom bundles:

Small: 4+ pieces, 1+ accessories
Medium: 6+ pieces, 2+ accessories
Deluxe: 8+ pieces, 3+ accessories

Every bundle includes a personalised styling deck with mood boards, outfit ideas and styling inspiration using the pieces in your bundle.

Each one is handpicked just for you and totally unique, no two are ever the same!

The price of the bundle includes the time + cost spent planning, sourcing, washing, packing and shipping.

Due to the one-of-a-kind and secondhand nature of the items, we don’t offer returns or exchanges on bundles.

Every bundle is my spin and analysis on your inspiration, and every piece is lovingly chosen just for you. I hope you’ll see the magic in my creation!

Secondhand pieces comes with the expectation of existing wear and tear. However, if an item is found to have a major fault, beyond the expected wear and tear of pre-loved and vintage garments, please reach out directly (velvetloopvintage@gmail.com) and we will provide assistance.
